Shipping
All items are shipped in discreet plain packaging via Express Australia Post or via Courier, we never write anything on the packaging that would identify the contents of the package or where it came from. Postage costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of the package with our average shipping cost being $9.83. Postage will be applied to your order when you are taken to PayPal.

We aim to ship all orders on the day the order is made via Express Australia Post or Courier. However in the unlikely case we don't have the item in stock we will aim to revive it in as soon as possible. Our estimated shipping time is between 2-7 business days. Currently we ship items Australia wide but unfortunately we cannot ship items outside Australia.

Payments and Security
Your security is important to us. We accept payments via PayPal with all transactions processed in Australian dollars. PayPal is the global leader in online payment solutions. For increased security, PayPal handles the transaction so your credit card details are never entered or stored on our servers. You can pay with a PayPal account or if you don't have a PayPal account, credit cards can be processed using PayPal making it quick and hassle free and most importantly, secure.

Privacy
Your purchase will be shipped discreetly in non labeled packaging. We take pride in providing a 110% discreet service. And payments will appear on your credit card statement as a non-descriptive name. WeVibe2.com.au will never pass on your information to 3rd parties.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of Adult Products and Australian standards for Health and Safety we are unable to provide refunds on used products in the WeVibe2.com.au store. If your product is faulty on arrival you must contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will organise a replacement or refund.
